Are these authentic branded watches?
No. D.Time offers high-end 1:1 replica watches, also described as Replica 1:1 or Super Clone. They are alternatives to authentic timepieces. The brand and model names help identify the original design being referenced; they do not mean that a replica is authentic.
What does D.Time do?
Established in 2020, D.Time selects, technically inspects, supplies and supports 1:1 replica watches. We have direct access to leading factories and technical staff responsible for assessment. We compare versions and inspect each watch before delivery; we do not manufacture the watches ourselves.
What does 98–99% overall similarity mean?
It covers all four pillars together: appearance, materials, feel on the wrist and movement performance compared with the authentic reference. Lines and finishing must meet 1:1 requirements, materials must match the model configuration, and the movement must provide full functionality with stable, reliable operation. If the best version falls short in a required area, we do not offer that model.
What is checked before delivery?
We check appearance, materials, small details under a specialist inspection lens, joints, edge finishing and movement readings. We also observe operation on a mechanical arm. These checks apply to the individual watch, even after its version has been selected.
Can I see the actual watch I will receive?
Yes. Before delivery, we share photos or video of your actual watch. Ask about any detail, function or configuration you want to understand before confirming your choice.
What warranty and repair support does D.Time offer?
D.Time provides a five-year warranty and repair support for technical faults. Repairs are supported at cost after the warranty period. This is D.Time service, not the original brand’s warranty. Contact us about the applicable coverage and costs; repair support does not mean every repair is free.
What price range should I expect?
The range starts at approximately VND 15 million and extends to around VND 600–700 million. Some pieces at the upper end use solid gold and natural diamonds. Materials, configuration and price are specific to each watch. Ask us to confirm the current price, payment arrangement and any international quotation for the version you are considering.
How can I arrange delivery, including internationally?
Share your destination and the model you are considering. Contact D.Time to confirm availability, whether delivery can be arranged to that destination, and the applicable timing, charges and payment details before ordering. Delivery arrangements and cross-border after-sales support need to be discussed for your specific order.
What if there is a fault when I receive my watch?
Returns or exchanges apply within seven days if a fault is present on receipt. Contact D.Time to describe the issue and discuss the next steps, including any information needed and the sending or receiving arrangements. This policy is conditional on a fault at receipt; it is not an unconditional return offer.
